Senior Leadership Team

Eric has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience at mid- and large-sized software companies. He has served as Nintex CEO since early 2018, growing the company to more than $250 million in annual sales, and previously served as Nintex CFO. Eric graduated with honors from the University of Portland with a degree in finance.

Ben has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the tech industry leading organizations through all phases of the growth journey. Ben is responsible for Nintex's GTM strategy including leading the sales, customer success and marketing organizations. Ben joined Nintex in 2020 as CRO and holds a degree in communications from Washington State University.

Eric brings more than 20 years of extensive financial, strategic planning and public company leadership to Nintex. Eric holds a degree in business administration from the University of Washington and in sociology from Western Washington University.

Jeffrey has more than 25 years of general counsel experience within leading technology organizations and as a partner within a Seattle-based law firm. He received a B.A. from Whitman College and a J.D. from the University of Washington.

Neal Gottsacker brings 30-plus years of management experience leading product management and technical teams in a variety of high-tech industries and within enterprise software companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in computing and information science from McKendree University.

Nellie has 15 years of global HR and talent management experience in the technology industry including at Avanade and most recently at K2 Software, Inc. Nellie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Washington.

Baran brings more than 15 years of experience in strategy development, M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to his role at Nintex. He holds both bachelor and master degrees in computer science from North Carolina State University.

Amanda has more than 10 years of experience planning and executing company-wide programs that drive internal alignment, create a strong culture, and generate results. She holds both bachelor and master degrees in education from the University of Florida.

Jet has more than 25 years of experience leading and advising on global transformation initiatives. He is responsible for Nintex’s customer success, support, and professional services organizations. Jet holds advanced degrees in Psychology from University of Kentucky and advanced training from Harvard, London Business School, and Thunderbird University.
